Refund & Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

(Applies to: apparel, footwear, bedding)

1) Timeframe & Eligibility

  • Return window: within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Cancel/Refund after ordering: you must notify us within 1 day from the order time. After 1 day, we cannot cancel or refund.

  • Return condition: items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags/labels and original packaging.

    • For bedding, the original packaging/seal must remain intact.

2) Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized / made-to-order items (e.g., custom name/number prints).

  • Underwear / swimwear / socks (for hygiene reasons).

  • Final Sale / Clearance or special Sale items (if specified as non-refundable).

Note: We do not sell food, flowers, software, CDs/DVDs, etc., so these categories are not applicable here.

3) Process & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you an approval or rejection notice.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account → contact your card issuer → contact your bank (processing times may vary).

  • If you still haven’t received the refund, please email support@viluxprint.shop.

4) Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective/damaged or incorrect, or for size/color exchanges (subject to stock).

  • Contact support@viluxprint.shop (typical response within 24 hours).

5) Return Shipping

  • Return postage is paid by the customer; shipping fees are non-refundable. If a prepaid label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Address validation: we verify the shipping address before dispatch. If the address appears incorrect, we will contact you to update it. If there is no response within 2 days of our email, the order will ship to the original address. We will not refund for losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • For returns valued over $79, we recommend a trackable service and/or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
